Maccabee Task Force - We Combat Antisemitism on Campuses

Help Defend Israel
Join the Maccabee Task Force!

The Maccabee Task Force was founded in 2015 to help Jewish and pro-Israel students fight back against the rising tide of anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism on America’s college campuses. Our core aim is to dispel dangerous misinformation about Israel that percolates throughout academia by building coalitions with powerful student communities that work to change the narrative about Israel and better the environment for Jewish students on the college campus. We accomplish this through a trip to Israel for the most influential non-Jewish students on each of our 75 partner campuses as well as through supplementary programming designed to continue to foster the relationships forged on the trips.

Happening now: Yeela and Ilay David, the siblings of Evyatar David, are speaking at Hostage Square following the release of a Hamas propaganda video showing their brother.

Evyatar appears emaciated, frail, and trapped in Gaza, forced to dig his own grave.

This is psychological torture and deliberate starvation targeting the hostages the world has chosen to forget.
The family of Israeli hostage Evyatar David just approved the release of this horrifying clip taken from a Hamas propaganda video showing the 24 year old in a state of imaciated starvation, forcing him to dig his own grave.

Evyatar, and 49 others remain in Hamas captivity 666 days after their capture on October 7th, 2023.

The agreement, which is also backed by the nations of the Arab League, the European Union, and 17 other countries, marks the first time the Arab world is calling for Hamas to have no part in the future of Palestinian governance.
Matti Friedman, a former Associated Press journalist, says that when he worked for the outlet, his editors would comply with Hamas censorship demands.

Keep that in mind the next time you read an AP story about the war in Gaza.
Ofer Calderon, the former Hamas hostage and cyclist, is joining Israel-Premier Tech, Israel’s professional cycling team, for the final stage of the 2025 Tour de France.

Ofer said that getting back on his bike again after the horrors he endured “is freedom.”
